TRACKING OF THE ONGOING PALLIATIVE DISTRIBUTION IN LERE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF KADUNA STATE 26th March, 2024.
Today the 26th March, 2024, the Executive Chairman of Lere Local Government Hon Mathew Gambo Kaku flag off the distribution of palliative to the poor and Vulnerable people across the 11 wards in the Local Government. The constituted committee at the LGA Level was replicated at the ward level for hitches free exercise. The LG received the number of food stuffs as follows: 1) MAIZE 🌽 1200 bags of 100kg 2) RICE 🍚 900 bags of 50kg Before the distribution, the Executive Chairman held a meeting with the Committee members at the LG level yesterday 25th March 2024. During the meeting, the ward committees were constituted and the modalities for the distribution was agreed on. The today's exercise was successful because there's no report of hoodlums attack and the food stuffs reached to the 11 wards and was distributed peacefully. The security personnel were vigilant.
